To add Troop Calendar to your Google Calendar:
Go to your google calendar
Click the + next to other calendars (Add other calendar)
Click on "From URL"
Copy and paste "http://tmweb.troopmaster.com/activitymanagement/icalendar/?id=wQQygL~NQ&timezone=mountain_standard_time" into the URL box
